Hello and welcome back to the best newsletter on this platform. It feels good to be back, and I know what you’re thinking, “Tyler, why do you keep fuckin’ changing the newsletter platforms?” I DON’T KNOW!!!!!!
I originally moved the Substack to our website provider, but it sucks so bad that I made excuses not to send them out. It was so very wretched, but thank you to Branden and Jalen for starting their Substacks to encourage me to make our glorious return. I think we’re back for good.
Digital Future Magazine got invited to participate in Phoenix’s Dusk Market, and we will have a booth set up to sell printed goods, merchandise, and vibes. I don’t have a lot of hope for Digital Future resonating with the general population, but I think the market will be thriving as the last one was a grand slam. I hope mine and Shannon’s charisma can carry us through the night.
It takes place on November 5th at The McKinley Club in Phoenix. Tickets are on sale now and are technically donation-based, with all the proceeds going to a local non-profit. Buy your tickets here!
Digital Future was also invited to participate in the Phx Zine Fest, which I believe is 100% online (lame) but should be cool to connect with other zine makers.
Taking place November 13th & 14th, we will have the same things for sale as above, and you can find more info here.
I would be more than happy to talk with any of you about anything, especially reality TV, drinking beer, and hardcore punk, so please stop by and say hello.
The last piece of news, I’m getting the gang back together to record a new episode of the podcast, so be on the lookout for that hopefully soon as well.
Next week I will be using this platform to publish a long-form essay I wrote for another publication, but I pulled it from print because I didn’t think they deserved it. So, I will be rehoming it here.
We’re always looking for contributors, so please get in touch with us if you’d like to pitch us an idea!

Dave Chappelle’s Endless Feedback Loop vulture Craig Jenkins is one of my favorite online writers, and I was glad to read we had very similar takeaways from the new Chappelle special. Worth a watch but not for the faint of heart.
